Markage is looking for an AI Operations Coordinator to join our fully remote Canadian production engine. This role sits at the core of how we deliver capacity to clients.\n\nYou will operate inside our internal technology stack and AI tools every day. Your work will include high-volume writing, content adaptation, process execution, quality checks, and operational support. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a modern operations role for someone who can move fast, write clearly, and use AI tools to multiply output.\n\nYou will support both self-service and enterprise capacity workstreams. You will help keep the production engine running smoothly so client-facing teams can maintain the single-point-of-contact experience that defines Markage.\n\nThis position is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, enjoys systems and process work, and can thrive in a high-output remote environment.
Essential duties
- Operate AI tools and internal systems to complete high-volume production and administrative tasks with accuracy and speed.
- Write, adapt, and quality-check content and operational documents as required by production workflows.
- Support client-facing teams by preparing materials, tracking deliverables, and resolving routine operational issues.
- Maintain organized records of work completed inside company systems and flag process gaps for continuous improvement.
- Execute assigned production support tasks according to established processes and timelines.
Essential requirements
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to complete real work faster and at higher quality.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate output under volume.
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to sustain a high-volume workload in a remote environment.
- Ability to follow established processes and maintain accurate records.
- Holds a valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) in the Business & Office Operations domain.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in a production, operations, or agency support environment.
- Experience working in a fully remote role with clear daily output expectations.
