The role
Job description
Markage is looking for a Freelance Project Manager to join our Canadian team in a hybrid role based in Calgary, Vancouver, or Toronto. This role focuses on coordinating client projects from approved scope through delivery. You will work with clients, client managers, designers, strategists, producers, developers, finance, and specialist partners. Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and careful work are expected. AI-assisted tools may be used for status reporting, schedule preparation, meeting summaries, risk logs, documentation, and project administration. All AI-assisted work must be reviewed for accuracy, relevance, confidentiality, and fit before it is shared or used.

- Support budget and invoice inputs where required by the assignment.
- Close projects with complete files, decisions, approvals, and handover information.
