The role
Job description
Markage is looking for a Process Automation Associate to join our fully remote Canadian production engine. This role focuses on supporting and improving the digital processes that keep production work moving efficiently. You will work inside our internal systems and tools to execute automated and semi-automated workflows, update records, perform quality checks, and help identify opportunities for better process efficiency. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a practical operations role for someone who is comfortable with digital tools, can write clearly, and can maintain steady, accurate output. You will support both self-service and enterprise capacity workstreams. Your work helps the production engine stay reliable so client-facing teams can deliver a consistent experience. This position is ideal for someone who likes clear ownership of assigned work, pays attention to process detail, and performs well in a structured remote environment with measurable daily output.
Essential duties
- Execute assigned process and automation support tasks using internal systems and tools with accuracy and consistency.
- Update and quality-check operational records, documents, and content as required by production workflows.
- Support client-facing teams by preparing materials, tracking status, and resolving routine process-related issues.
- Maintain organized records of completed work and flag process gaps for improvement.
- Follow established digital processes and timelines to support reliable production output.
Essential requirements
- Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and systems to complete work accurately and efficiently.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate output under volume.
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to sustain a high-volume workload in a remote environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
- Holds a valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) in the Business & Office Operations domain.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in process support, operations, or digital workflow environments.
- Experience working in a fully remote role with clear daily output expectations.
