The role
Job description
Markage is looking for a Senior Experience Producer to join our fully remote Canadian team. This role focuses on leading production planning and delivery for complex brand, digital, content, event, and experience projects. You will turn approved ideas into executable plans, coordinate specialist contributors, manage schedules and dependencies, and keep production decisions visible from early planning through final delivery. You will work with designers, strategists, client-service teams, project managers, developers, fabricators, vendors, and external production partners. Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and careful work are expected. AI-assisted tools may be used for production planning, schedules, vendor comparisons, documentation, meeting summaries, issue logs, and delivery checklists. All AI-assisted work must be reviewed for accuracy, relevance, confidentiality, and fit before it is shared or used.

- Review vendor proposals, production approaches, timelines, and deliverables for completeness and feasibility.
- Coordinate prototypes, proofs, technical reviews, rehearsals, builds, installations, launches, or other delivery stages as required.
- Maintain accurate production records, approvals, versions, files, and final handover materials.
- Identify production risks early and work with teams to resolve them before they affect delivery.
- Support less experienced producers with practical guidance and consistent production standards.
Essential requirements
- Senior experience producing multidisciplinary creative, digital, event, spatial, or experience work.
- Strong scheduling, vendor-management, budget-awareness, documentation, and delivery skills.
- Ability to coordinate complex dependencies and communicate clearly under deadline.
- Holds a valid Dex Professional Senior Specialist Certification (DEX-PSS) in the Arts, Media & Creative Production domain.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with branded environments, events, activations, digital installations, or integrated campaigns.
- Experience managing external suppliers, fabrication, technical production, or installation.
